Fast, Affordable Workouts
Welcome to the Moshpit! Bootcamp classes at Heavy Metal Fitness are 30 minute group workouts centered around general fitness – strength, endurance, cardio, and core. Rockstar Trainer Bob will guide you through a session of metal mayhem in a positive, encouraging environment. Bootcamp is a great supplement to personal training. All ages and experience levels are welcome. Each class is designed to be intense, but modifications are offered. If you want to lose body fat, improve cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and get into a routine of regular exercise, you’ll fit right in. Bootcamp may not work well for those with more serious health concerns.
This class is a complementary service included in all personal training packages. You must attend your regularly scheduled personal training sessions that week in order to attend for free.
